He provided both 1st and 2nd level IT support across Nigeria and the Mid-Africa region, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and seamless operational continuity.

In addition to his core support responsibilities, he managed IT services and internal communications, contributing to platforms such as Chevron Daily News and NMA Communications. His role enhanced information flow, strengthened internal engagement, and improved overall operational efficiency through strategic IT solutions.

He also worked with Panasonic as a Customer Service Engineer for 4 years, providing technical support while developing strong problem-solving and customer-focused skills.

Beyond these roles, Segun gained an additional 5 years of cross-industry experience working within the IT service provider sector, travel and tours, and human capacity development organizations. During this period, he delivered core IT-driven solutions and service support, broadening his expertise in deploying technology to solve diverse business challenges.
